I knew about the clamour over the firing of Candace Owens, but since I'm not on social media I didn't know using Christ is King is a slander against Jews until after I read Holly Math Nerd's essay "The Third Commandment".

Last night I watched a YouTube video showing a clip from Bill Whittle's "Empire of Terror" which is an excellent 8 part series hosted by Daily Wire. There were 492 comments at the time I viewed it, and the majority of them were only "Christ is King!" I understood that these commenters were not using that phrase in a Christian or reverent sense, but in support of Candace Owens. They were using it as a curse against Jews and Daily Wire.

I wish I had thought more deeply before I posted my message this morning. I am not among the crowd who uses Christ is King to mean anything other than that is what I believe. I am deeply sorry if I've conveyed an association with those who use that phrase as a weapon.

I also had no idea that Transgender Day of Visibility goes back to 2009!! I kinda live under a rock I guess.

As my dad used to say on Easter, “Christos anesti!” He was brought up attending an Eastern Orthodox Church.

Most of us are totally unaware of that news. I believe Christ is King, too. The left always wants to bend language and convention for their evil purposes.

so much outright sinning and slander these days.

Are we being challenged to forgive these sins?

Christ is Risen! Christ is King!

Christ is Risen indeed
